Join a full-service Personal Injury Law Firm as an Attorney specializing in personal injury cases. This role involves managing a diverse caseload across multiple types of personal injury claims including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, sexual assault, complex cases, truck, and construction accidents.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution
- Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials
- Maintain detailed and organized case files
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Admission to the NY and NJ Bars
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling at least 150 personal injury cases
- Proven experience with auto, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, sexual assault, complex personal injury, truck, and construction injury cases
