Controller

We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location organization in the construction and home services industry to hire a Controller / Director of Finance who will lead both the accounting and strategic finance functions for a $67M business. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering with ownership to drive financial strategy, improve operations, and build the infrastructure needed for continued growth. What You'll Do Lead all accounting operations including financial reporting, close process, controls, and compliance. Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking relationships, and executive reporting. Develop dashboards and KPIs that help ownership make better business decisions. Improve systems, processes, and reporting as the company continues to scale. Lead and develop the accounting team while partnering closely with operations. We're Looking For 5+ years leading finance for a company with $30M-$150M in annual revenue Experience in construction, pool & spa, home services, specialty trades, field services, distribution, or multi-location/franchise operations Strong background in accounting, FP&A, cash management, and multi-entity financial reporting Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, and ERP systems is highly preferred CPA and/or Accounting or Finance degree strongly preferred $160K-$220K base salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus 15-30% annual performance bonus , comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.
