Maintenance Painter

Painter/Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge with experience in hospitality-related maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who is willing to assist with a variety of maintenance duties including painting and plumbing. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work snow removal shifts as needed.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hospitality-related facilities.Carry out basic painting, plumbing and preventive maintenance routines.Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.Be willing to work snow removal shifts when necessary.Qualifications:Basic maintenance knowledge with some experience in painting and plumbing.Previous experience in hospitality-related maintenance is preferred.Ability and willingness to work snow removal shifts when required.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.Work Environment: This position is based in Covington, KY (41011) and involves working both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to various weather conditions during snow removal shifts.
