Silver Lining Home Healthcare is seeking a motivated Recruitment & Employment Specialist to attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers across Delaware. This onsite role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Wilmington, with occasional travel to Dover. You will develop recruiting strategies, screen candidates, onboard new hires, and coordinate background checks while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
