Application ArchitectThe scope of the proposed services will include the following:Align application systems with organizational goals and technology strategyMentor and guide development teams, promoting innovation and best practicesArchitect, design and implement new systems while evolving existing onesWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project successDesign, develop, test, and debug web applications, ensuring their efficiency and reliabilitySupport third-party integration and conduct architectural reviews and planStay updated on industry trends, evaluate new technologies and optimize application performanceAssist with production support and undertake special projects as neededMonitor, review, and audit performance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and make performance improvementsProvide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to OTS, Customer-Agency, and all project related staff for all requested workPerforms all other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directedExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:7+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing enterprise class
