The RNFA OR will be responsible for assisting surgeons during procedural operations, including suturing and wound closure, within a busy surgical environment.
Shift Details:
- Shift: Days, 4 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- No Weekend Hours
- No Call Requirements (subject to interview)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical or operating room setting
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CNOR, and CSFA
- Ability to assist with General, GU, and Orthopedic surgeries
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Capability to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scrubbing preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently
Unit Information:
- Type of Patients: Surgical, Operating Room
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Black (provided by the facility for the OR)
