Key Responsibilities Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training employees. Participate in merchandise staging, stocking, and presentation. Support inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and stock counts. Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and organization. Handle cash, perform banking duties, and maintain financial integrity. Contribute to store opening and closing activities. Analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Operate store in the absence of the Store Manager. Qualifications & Skills Strong reading, math, and communication skills. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and merchandising practices. Ability to learn POS systems and perform basic operational functions. Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is advantageous. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
