Digital Project Manager- Tik Tok ShopTitle: Digital Project Manager- Tik Tok Shop - Hybrid Location: Bolingbrook, IL Duration: 5 Months Must be onsite 6x a month in Bolingbrook corporate offices Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position.The Project Manager, TikTok Shop is responsible for helping support all go-to-market functions of TikTok Shop. This role will help manage the channel’s GTM calendar for brand activations, LIVEs, TikTok campaigns and more to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables on track. This person will help lead the execution of major activation moments including client World/FLC, LIVEs at brand IRL events and more. This role will also help coordinate key meetings and touchpoints across client cross-functional teams and external vendors, lead communications cross-functionally for key program updates and more. Depending on needs of the business, this role will flex as needed to support continued growth and innovation within the channel.Core Job Responsibilities:Go-to-Market CoordinationManage TikTok Shop Go-to-Market calendar capturing all upcoming brand activations, campaigns, new launches, LIVEs, etcLead coordination for bringing to life LIVEs and channel campaigns including coordinating sampling needs, tracking campaign deadlines and following up with key cross-functional teamsLeads execution of major activation moments including coordinating and organizing activations related to client World/FLC, Pinnacle Grand Opening, LIVEs at brand IRL events and moreCoordinates efforts across internal and external teams to bring to life dedicated brand LIVEs featuring celebrity and/or top-tier influencer talentCollaborates with store eventing team and corporate events manager to capture upcoming events and identify opportunities to amplify via TikTok ShopLeads tentpole event amplification strategy, outlining clear strategy with guidance from Sr Manager; coordinates across Category Manager, Ops Manager, Creator/Affiliate Marketing and Media teams to executeProgram Organization & TrackingManage key cross-functional and vendor meetings including identifying agenda, pulling together content, capturing notes, ensuring follow-ups are deliveredResponsible for owning month-end ORM reporting and tracker updatesSupports hero product and SKPP tracking in collaboration with TikTok Shop Operations teamSupports building out new process roadmaps and SOPs for new processes and ways of workingSupport team expense tracking for major activationsOrganize and draft monthly newsletters for broader GTM function—Merchandising & Digital and Marketing—to share out updates on the TikTok Shop programs, recent achievements as well as upcoming activationsManage TikTok Shop inbox, flag to appropriate team members for timely responsesManage TikTok Shop enhancement backlog, outlining need, benefit and risks if not implemented; maintain organized and prioritized backlog trackerAs needed, act as TikTok Shop lead to collaborate with IT and product teams to identify business requirements, sizing and moreRequirements for Consideration:Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience.3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying and/or Category Management experiencePassionate about social media and the new creator economyHighly organized with ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skillsAbility to plan and prioritize effectively and stay organized in a fast-moving business.Creative problem solver with an innovative mindsetStrong Microsoft Office skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Works in a team environment as well as independently.
