Material Handler- Forklift

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler - Forklift to join our dynamic team in Chino, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials within our facility. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for operating standup, sit-down, cherry picker forklifts safely and effectively, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of materials.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety regulations and best practices.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar role.Valid forklift operator certification is required.Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse environment.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.You should be proficient in:OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)Material Handler ExperienceDistribution ExperienceHeavy Material HandlingForklift LicensedHigh School / GEDExcellent Communication SkillsExperience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentMachines & technologies you'll use:PalletizerForklifts #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
