Vice President of Development Athletics

the client seeks a Vice President of Development – Athletics, a strategic and values-driven leader who will inspire excellence through collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to the client’s mission. This role will report to the President and CEO of the client and is responsible for building and leading a high-performing development team while advancing philanthropic efforts for athletics. The Vice President will foster strong partnerships across the client, athletics, and the broader university community. Emphasis will be placed on transparency, trust, and shared success to strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders and ensure that development priorities align with organizational goals. Engaging donors with authenticity and purpose is central to the position, with the expectation that the Vice President will elevate philanthropic support for athletics.
