Microservices Lead

Job Title
Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of projects using spring boot and kafka.
Design and architect robust and scalable solutions based on business requirements.
Ensure best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in spring boot and kafka applications.
Proficient in spring boot framework for building microservices and web applications.
Strong experience in working with apache kafka for building realtime data processing applications.
In-depth knowledge of java programming language.
Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
Experience working on Oracle Database, and Cassandra (no SQL) database including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on technical and integration analysis and development using Service Oriented Architecture, BPEL and Service Bus.
Understanding of service to service integrations.
Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc)
Good knowledge on Reactive programming i.e Develop non-blocking, asynchronous services using frameworks like Project Reactor or RxJava, ensuring high performance and responsiveness under load.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (e.g., Git). Experience in deploying cloud services in PCF, Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Telecom Domain Experience preferable
