MLR is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our client's renowned healthcare team!
Key Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with varying respiratory conditions.
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and airway management.
- Perform assessments to evaluate the patient's respiratory status and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Colorado Respiratory Therapist (RT) license.
- Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program required.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting preferred. New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
