Bilingual Spanish T-Mobile Sales Representative

Position Overview Retail Sales Representative (MOBILE ASSOCIATE / RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER) – all new hires for these roles. Pay Average pay range including bonuses and spiffs: $19‑$23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp‑up structure: $400 payout. Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first line of contact for customers each day, bring a positive attitude, engage to drive sales, and aim for income that matches the work you put in.
