Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is adding a BE/ BC General Surge on to an established, two-physician collaborative practice. We have designed this employed position to maximize your time in the OR and minimize administrative burden.

The Practice:

• Employed position within a financially stable regional health system
\n
• Bread-and-butter case mix 
\n
• Full access to a Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
\n
• Separate GI suites available for endoscopy
\n
• Dedicated, blocked OR time for case growth and efficiency
\n
• Spacious, modern clinic directly connected to the hospital
\n

Schedule & Support:

\n
• Target schedule: 2.5 days OR / 2 days clinic
\n
• Average clinic volume: 15 patients per day
\n
• Manageable 1:3 call (approx. 10 days/month)
\n
• Complete inbox, scheduling, and prior-authorization management by admin team
\n
• Inpatient rounding support provided by growing APP team
\n
• Athena (clinic) and Cerner (hospital) EMRs with AI-enabled outpatient tech
\n

Financial Package:

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is a 410-bed acute care hospital serving southeast Missouri as a regional medical center.
