Customer Service Rep (4350) - 338 Potomac Ave Part-time Job Category Org: Store Customer Service Rep We are seeking qualified customer service representatives with strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent service on the phone and in‑store. The position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within Domino’s Pizza. You must be 16 years of age or older. Responsibilities Operate equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Cut and box products. Bring orders to drivers and customers. Qualifications Ability to pass applicable company background checks. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Proficiency in making correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Physical Requirements Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking: For short distances for short durations. Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds lifted with a hand truck. Lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Carry large cans (up to 3 pounds) and occasionally heavier items. Pushing or pulling trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climb stairs or ladder infrequently. Stooping/bending for 30–45 seconds at a time during assembly station. Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas. Reach up to 72 inches, down, and forward continuously for tasks. Use hands continuously for tasks such as shaping dough, using pizza peel, and assembling boxes. Team members may utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
