Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate tailored therapy strategies to assist in reaching their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-driven methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to ensure complete and comprehensive patient care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques for continued progress
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring optimum patient development

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
