Title Registered Dental Assistant Job Description Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures. Operatory Management: Efficiently set up, prepare, and break down treatment rooms (operatories) between patients. Diagnostic Imaging: Learn to take high-quality X-rays and intraoral photos. Instrument Care: Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and medical equipment according to safety protocols. Patient Interaction: Greet patients and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized clinical environment. Salary Range full-time $12 - $20 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed Requirements Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Communication: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to serve our diverse patient base. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, people-oriented attitude with strong verbal communication skills. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Motivation: A strong desire to learn and a commitment to professional growth within the dental field. Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are welcome; a passion for healthcare is a must. Preferences Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Local Residency: Candidates residing in the Katy or Fulshear, TX area. Certification: Possession of a current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is a plus, but not required.
