How you’ll make an impact in this role

• BSN-Led Care Coordination: Utilizes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to lead multidisciplinary teams, executing and monitoring complex care plans aligned with healthcare protocols.

• Clinical Excellence & Versatility: Executes physician orders and monitors patient conditions with the adaptability to support high-acuity environments, including Pediatric Hematology/Oncology .

• Strategic Discharge Planning: Partners with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, ensuring seamless transitions, robust education, and continuity of care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Bachelor's in nursing; Pediatric Hematology Oncology experience preferred but not required
