OC Patient Services Representative, Float Pool 0.6 FTE Days

Pay Range Hourly $22.22 - $33.33 Overlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking an experienced PART TIME Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through EPIC (the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Must have car. Position requires travel to all OMC clinic locations (Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Newcastle, and Bellevue). Candidates must be available to work variable shift times, three weekdays per week (8-hour shifts). Schedule availability to be discussed during interview Part-time / 24 hours per week Monday - Friday /8 hour shifts Varied schedule 645am to 10pm Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred. Must have vehicle to drive self to clinics and have a valid Drivers License Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
