Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 . You will be part of the Construction Safety / EHS team supporting contractors and subcontractors on active construction projects . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership without authority, and the ability to influence field teams , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 5
Location: Granger, Indiana (Onsite)
Pay Range: $77.71 - $83.70/hour

What's the Job?

• Provide on-site safety oversight of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards
• Review contractor safety plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and method statements for compliance
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and enforce corrective actions
• Monitor high-risk activities such as electrical work, crane operations, confined space entry, and excavation
• Participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, and report safety performance metrics to leadership

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of construction safety experience in large-scale construction environments
• CSP, CHST, or equivalent safety certification or construction management degree/experience
• Strong background in construction safety with exposure to data center or electrical-heavy projects
• Proven ability to influence teams and enforce compliance without direct authority
• Excellent communication, documentation, and risk mitigation skills
• Data center construction experience
