Hospice Admissions Nurse — Four 10-Hour Shifts

Care Initiatives Hospice is hiring a Hospice Admissions Nurse in Greenfield, IA. The RN will facilitate admissions, coordinate with Central Intake and the care team, and provide visits to patients in homes or care facilities. The role requires an Iowa RN license and CPR, with at least two years of hospice or admissions experience. Expect four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the chance to support patients and families with compassionate, comprehensive care #J-18808-Ljbffr Care Initiatives
