Key Responsibilities Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on therapeutic conversations to enhance their mental health and emotional well-being. Facilitate discussions where clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight into relationships. Actively advocate for clients by helping them define personal goals and navigate their individual therapy journeys. Assess client mental health conditions and utilize a solution-focused approach to develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on your clinical experience. Patient Population / Client Focus At Wholeness Rediscovered, our counselors work with a diverse patient population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. We believe in a personalized approach to care that takes into consideration the unique needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring that our therapeutic techniques are both relevant and effective. Qualifications A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as per the State Board regulations, including licenses such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW. Preferred Experience Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to manage individual caseloads effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, necessary for building trusting relationships with clients. Competence in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning and implementation. Strong technical skills including familiarity with digital tools for virtual counseling. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 (full-time) or USD 52,000 for part-time roles, based on hours worked.
