RN - Case Manager
Providence Saint Mary Medical Center - Apple Valley is seeking an RN - Case Manager. This travel position requires a seasoned traveler with hospital experience. The shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with 5 shifts per week for a total of 40 scheduled hours. The assignment starts ASAP and lasts for 13 weeks, ending on November 16, 2026.
The job description includes no floating expectations and requires a ratio of 1:25 during the day and 1:45 on weekends. Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care case management/discharge planning experience and a CA state license. Pending licenses are accepted but must be licensed upon start date. The offer includes 7 days of RTO from both Aya and the client. Travelers are required to work 3 out of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD).
References required: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years. Local radius is 50 miles, and local rule is accepted at a lower BR. All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state. If required, the client will supply communication devices at no cost to the provider or agency.
