In this pivotal role, you will be a driving force behind the success of our Human Resources Information System (Workday), ensuring it aligns with and advances organizational goals. Responsibilities Administer day‑to‑day operations of the HRIS platform (Workday). Configure and customize HRIS functionalities to align with business needs and ensure compliance with policies. Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new modules and tools. Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data within the system. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and business decision‑making. Conduct audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Manage data privacy and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations. Analyze current HRIS workflows and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency. Streamline and automate manual HR processes using system capabilities. Support global HR technology projects, including system migrations and integrations. Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives. Train HR team members and end‑users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
