Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Level III NICU

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at Johnston-Willis Hospital —a modern, 292-bed facility serving the Richmond community for more than a century. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU featuring all-private rooms, advanced neonatal technologies, and strong subspecialty support.

Position Highlights

• 22-bed Level III NICU with private, family-centric rooms
• NICU & Newborn ADC: ~20
• Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually
• Advanced neonatal therapies including:
• HFOV & HFJV
• Inhaled nitric oxide
• Therapeutic hypothermia

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
