Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Perform designated treatments and care activities as prescribed by the care plan

• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and treatment outcomes

• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote a positive and supportive care environment

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred

• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
