Program Coordinator, CTR-Clinical Informatics

Program Coordinator, CTR‑Clinical Informatics Day‑to‑day organization and management of interdisciplinary research projects in the IMAGINe Lab (Informatics for Multidisciplinary Advancement, Guidance, and Innovation in Neuroscience). Job Summary The Informatics Coordinator provides administrative, regulatory, and operational support for research and informatics activities within a multidisciplinary laboratory environment. Responsibilities include coordinating IRB submissions and approvals, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting hiring and onboarding activities, managing budgets, timelines, and documentation, maintaining shared resources and the lab website, and facilitating meetings through agenda preparation, documentation, and follow‑up. Job Duties Analyze, coordinate, and evaluate program operations and procedures. Develop and oversee budgets for the program. Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external departments, agencies, and other organizations. Establish program goals and objectives and direct program evaluation and quality control activities; develop and approve schedules, priorities, and standards. Plan and coordinate special events; present data and program information at conferences. Design and execute a system of internal controls ensuring operational effectiveness, asset protection, and reliable financial information. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay abreast of relevant scientific and technical developments. Provide supervision to staff members as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field.
