Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, client-focused, and experienced managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from inception to settlement Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and treatment updates Coordinate medical treatment and gather medical records/bills Assist attorneys with case development and demand preparation Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers Review accident reports, liens, and supporting documentation Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in case management software Assist with intake and onboarding of new clients Qualifications Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred) Strong communication and client service skills Experience handling high-volume caseloads Familiarity with personal injury case management software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Preferred Skills Experience preparing settlement demands Knowledge of insurance claims and bodily injury processes Medical records and billing review experience Compensation & Benefits Salary range 55-75k Health benefits Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
