POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Technical Project Manager leads the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Total Delivered Cost (TDC), business maintenance, and process improvement initiatives across NHSc US. This role drives cross-functional alignment and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. By championing the Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) process, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the Senior Technical Project Manager enables the successful delivery of innovation, renovation, productivity, business maintenance, and consumer complaint-related projects, accelerating growth, enhancing efficiencies, and supporting business performance.This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters, or another Nestlé entity. RESPONSIBILITIESLead the end-to-end execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Profit & Maintenance, TDC, Ensure Supply, and CTAG projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the Nestlé Ideation-to-Launch (I2L) processManage project portfolios through prioritization, governance, stage-gate reviews, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints, driving timely resolution from concept through commercialization and project closurePartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align project objectives, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate technical assessments, product reformulations, manufacturing trials, technical transfers, supplier qualifications, and commercialization activitiesLead portfolio and project governance reviews, communicating status, risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts to leadership and stakeholdersTrack and analyze portfolio performance, pipeline health, launch readiness, and key performance indicators to support planning and investment decisionsDevelop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-makingEnsure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, quality, cost, compliance, and commercialization requirementsSupport supplier transitions, alternate sourcing, co-manufacturing initiatives, capacity management, business continuity, and network optimization effortsLead cross-functional problem solving to address technical, operational, quality, supply chain, and commercialization challengesMaintain accurate project documentation, governance records, and reporting in compliance with I2L, PMP, and organizational standardsPromote collaboration, accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across project teamsDevelop, standardize, and improve project management methodologies, governance processes, tools, templates, and best practicesEstablish and maintain portfolio management frameworks, stage-gate processes, reporting standards, KPIs, and performance metricsDrive process improvement initiatives that enhance portfolio visibility, resource planning, governance effectiveness, and project executionIdentify process gaps, capture lessons learned, and implement sustainable solutions to improve project delivery and organizational effectivenessChampion adoption of PMO standards, PMP methodologies, and continuous improvement principles across the organizationREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; advanced education is a plusPMP (Project Management Professional) certification, preferred5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects, including New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, or Technology Transfer initiatives Experience with Stage-Gate and structured project management methodologies preferredProficiency with project management software, portfolio management systems, and reporting toolsExperience with project planning, portfolio management, governance, and resource managementSKILLSStrong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive results across cross-functional teamsProven ability to build alignment and manage diverse stakeholder groupsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsStrong facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsEffective project risk, issue, and conflict management capabilities Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsAnalytical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvementResults-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvementSalary: $109,530.90 to $149,635.00 per yearBonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
