Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you will deliver top-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is perfect for someone who values patient-centered care and thrives in a team-oriented setting.Our shift times are 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Qualifications:
- A valid and current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor residents' health, documenting changes, and reporting concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Flexible 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM).
