Part Time Legal Secretary / Admin Assistant Job Title: Part Time Legal Secretary / Admin Assistant Location: Harrogate Salary: £14 - £15 per hour Hours: Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join their team, supporting the legal team across a wide range of matters while helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of operations. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients and handle telephone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently and professionally. Ensure client enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. Operate a digital dictation system for correspondence and documentation. Use the case management system for maintaining client files. Undertake file opening, archiving and day to day filing using paper lite systems. Provide support with billing and payments. Manage electronic diaries, arrange client meetings and organise conference rooms. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support across multiple teams when required. Experience Required Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role (legal experience preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a varied workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive and flexible "can do" attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Passion for delivering high quality client service.
