Commercial Real Estate Lease Specialist

If you're the person who catches lease discrepancies before anyone else, enjoys working with complex agreements, and likes bringing order to large amounts of lease data, we'd like to talk with you. We're adding a Lease Specialist to our commercial real estate team to help manage an expanding portfolio.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Review, interpret, and maintain commercial lease agreements and amendments.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewal options, rent adjustments, CAM reconciliations, and other key milestones.
• Work closely with finance and property management teams to ensure accurate tenant billing and reporting.
• Keep lease records organized and current within the company's property management platform.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, audits, and portfolio reporting as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience supporting commercial real estate, lease administration, or commercial property accounting.
• Working knowledge of lease terminology, operating expenses, and tenant recoveries.
• Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze and organize data efficiently.
• Experience using Yardi, MRI, or another commercial property management system is a plus.
• Highly organized with exceptional accuracy and follow-through.
