Facilities Technician (Mid Level)

Location: Marlborough, MA Zip Code: 01752 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $29.2/hr.

Job Description: What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment.
• Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Documenting all work activities in the CMMS.
• Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• BMS experience, preferably Metasys
• Laboratory facility experience.
• CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM
