Quality Control Associate

5th HQ Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proficient individual to join our team as a Quality Control Associate in the Pre-Press Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of print jobs before they proceed to production. The position involves working from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM , and we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. Responsibilities Review and examine files received for print jobs, ensuring all necessary elements are present and accurate. Verify the technical specifications of print jobs to meet quality standards. Collaborate with the pre-press team to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the quality control process. Utilize computer software to assess and prepare files for production. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in the printing process. Follow established procedures for quality assurance and communicate effectively with team members. Assist in training new team members on quality control processes and procedures. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate and use relevant software. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Willingness to work the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Previous experience in a related role is beneficial. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
