Job Description
Psychiatry opening in Connecticut Location: Putnam, CT Full-time, permanent opening Starting salary of $240K, plus productivity bonuses Relocation assistance BC/BE (truly BE); If BE, Provider must complete BC within 9 months of hire. Current CT licensed Preferred Non-profit regional Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served eastern Connecticut since 1984 Our healthcare professionals provide a full continuum of primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and case management services, primarily to a medically underserved population Job Requirements: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty Board certification Current licensure in the state of Connecticut* Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses Comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes: Attractive and competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life Disability coverage Employee Assistance Program 403(b) retirement savings plan 5 weeks Paid time off 9 paid holidays Malpractice Loan repayment through NHSC Productivity incentive bonus CME courses and 4 days off per year Professional development & CME stipend ($2500) Relocation Assistance for applicable candidates
