Required Skills

• Current New York State RN registration
• Certification in BLS with ability to recertify
• Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience within the past 2 years in an acute care hospital setting of similar size or trauma level
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments independently
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Valid legal right to work in the U.S.
• Successful passing of pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check
• Must not have had professional license or certification suspended or investigated, nor been named in a professional liability claim

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience specifically in hematology/oncology outpatient settings
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital-based ambulatory care environment

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work day shifts on an 8-hour schedule
• Travel experience in similar hospital settings is a plus, especially in trauma centers or larger hospitals
