• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
