Leasing Assistant

Overview Assist with leasing operations and tenant relations for a dynamic housing organization. Support clients in navigating leasing processes and housing applications. Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with team members to maintain tenant satisfaction and resolve issues. Provide administrative support including documentation and record-keeping. Contribute to the success of housing initiatives and community programs. Engage with tenants to address concerns and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant communications. Key Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate leasing activities including tenant applications and lease agreements. Assist tenants with inquiries and provide guidance on housing options. Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and organized leasing documentation and records. Collaborate with team members to address tenant concerns effectively. Support housing initiatives and contribute to community engagement programs. Provide administrative assistance to leasing operations and management. Monitor tenant satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Job Requirements Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent education required. Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing or housing operations. Preferred 3 years of experience in tenant relations or leasing. Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in leasing software and administrative tools.
