• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe mobility.
• Provide specialized care for memory challenges or safe transfers.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and offer emotional reassurance.
• Prepare simple meals, maintain a tidy home, and encourage routines.
• Be the reliable, trusted support families can count on.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Care Provider, HHA, CNA, or DCW (home care experience preferred)
• Compassion, patience, and genuine respect for seniors and their families
• Authorization to work in the United States
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Dependability and strong communication skills
