Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience. 16 years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. • U.S. Citizenship Required • Active Secret security clearance. • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs. • Experience working with intellectual property, technical data rights, software rights, technical data packages, or related acquisition disciplines. • Knowledge of data rights concepts, including Government Purpose Rights, Unlimited Rights, Restricted Rights, and specially negotiated license rights. • Experience reviewing, assessing, or managing technical data deliverables, contract deliverables (CDRLs), engineering documentation, or software documentation. • Ability to evaluate data rights assertions, technical data markings, and licensing provisions associated with Government contracts. • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate complex technical and acquisition issues to senior leadership and decision-makers.
