Project Manager

The Project Scheduler has a critical role within our team, responsible for developing, managing, and executing project plans that ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Project Scheduler will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Drafting, Interactives, Graphics, AV, Production and Operations, to coordinate resources, track progress, and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, critical path and risk assessments, using appropriate project management methodologies. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule delays or resource constraints, manage potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support Project Managers in managing project budgets and tracking actual costs against planned budgets. Assist Project Managers with the change order process, including documentation, cost estimation, and schedule impact analysis. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and tools. Communicate project status updates to management and stakeholders regularly, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change requests. Participate in project meetings and provide planning support and effective communication among team members. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for project planning and execution. Contribute to resource planning and allocation across projects. Support the development of project proposals and bids. Utilize project management software and tools effectively. Key Results Areas (KRAs) Schedule Adherence: Achieve and maintain project schedule adherence targets (e.g., on-time completion of key milestones, overall project completion within planned timeframe). Budget Control: Support Project Managers in achieving project budget targets and minimizing cost overruns. Contribute to accurate cost forecasting. Resource Utilization: Optimize resource allocation to maximize utilization and minimize downtime. Change Order Management: Support efficient and accurate processing of change orders, ensuring minimal impact on project schedule and budget. Project Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, and change orders. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Contribute to positive stakeholder experiences through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in areas of exhibit development, fine carpentry and fabrication. Proven ability to develop and execute project plans that meet project objectives. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore Tools). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
