Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their family members.
• Monitor and document patient progress and care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the state.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with LPN duties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
