Location: Avera Behavioral Health Center – Sioux Falls Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends (United States of America) Pay Range: $24.50 – $48.50 per hour (Actual pay depends on experience) Position Highlights Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus possible Nurses with 3+ years of experience: every 3rd weekend, every other holiday Adolescent program expanding to 40 units; child unit 14 beds; adolescent residential 8 beds Opportunity to meet 70+ coworkers 1 LPN for 7–8 patient ratio Self‑scheduling program A Brief Overview Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis, establishing care objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends.
