Job Title: Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner (FT, nights) Location: Houston, TX Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time night shift basis in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to patients in the Heart Failure ICU
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in patient and family education

Qualifications:

• Current NP licensure in the state of Texas (or willing to get)
• Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
