Responsibilities: Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business, with a focus on CRE. Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions Defending cases to Credit Committee Preparing Credit Assessments Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc. Post disbursement management Covenant Compliance Act as a risk manager escalating risks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years credit related work experience 2+ years of specific experience working in CRE Credit within banking Social Capital Resources
