Key Responsibilities Process orders quickly and accurately via email, fax, telephone, and electronic systems. Troubleshoot order processing inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor open orders and ensure they clear through to physical distribution. Respond to customer requests including product information, order details, cancellations, tracking, and billing. Manage tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications High school diploma required. French-speaking ability a plus. Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience. Proven troubleshooting expertise. Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems. Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel. Reliable attendance and professional attitude. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
