As a Social Worker at the Northern Metropolitan Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents by providing emotional, social, and psychological support. About the Role: As a Social Worker, you will work closely with our healthcare team to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients and residents.
