Outpatient SUD/MH Case Manager - Drive Recovery

All In Solutions in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our clinical team. The Case Manager will serve as a vital link between clients, treatment providers, and community resources to support recovery. This full-time role runs 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and focuses on assessments, service planning, and advocacy.
