Assistant Principal Evaluator

Qualifications:

• Illinois Administrative Licensure
• Completion of state-approved prequalification requirements to serve as a teacher and assistant principal evaluator prior to start date
• Candidates are encouraged to review the district's strategic plan, which can be found on our website.
• Candidates are also encouraged to review the school website to better understand South Side's students, staff, programming, and community.
• The successful candidate should be capable of leading the building toward success as defined in the strategic plan.

Compensation:

• The entry-level base salary for this position is $108,237, plus highly competitive benefits, including 100% board-paid TRS contributions and 100% board-paid employee-only health, dental, and term life insurance.
• There is a minimal employee cost for vision insurance.
• Additional compensation above the base is offered to candidates based on their number of years of successful administrative experience.
