Lead the Way as a McDonough Shift Leader!

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Shift Leader , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Overseeing shift activities to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handling day-to-day tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring quality standards.
- Assisting with training team members to perform across multiple roles.
- Supporting management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
This is a cross-trained position , so you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills across various areas of the business.
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.
